Membership
Wildcat Sport & Fitness memberships are only available for purchase by Mayfield School District residents. Proof of residency is required. Inital purchase must be made with a Photo ID that includes a current address for Gates Mill, Highland Heights, Mayfield Heights or Mayfield Village. If it does not a current gas or elecretic bill must be presented. Fees are subject to change.
